SCMSWeb Installation and Upgrade

Fresh install

Download and install the rpm packages in the following order
- Hardware Abstract Layer Library
- SCE Base
- SCMS
- SCMSWeb
If you have not installed RRDTool, download and install the following rpm packages
- rrdtool
- mysql
- python
- fonts
Then follow the instructions to configure SCMSWeb. Skip the probe sessions, but DO the jobmon session.

If your system is running SCMSWeb-3.x:
You should only need to download and install SCMSWeb RPM then follow the instructions to configure SCMSWeb. Skip the probe sessions, but don't miss the jobmon session.
If you get version-conflict error when you install the above rpm package, then you need to upgrade the out-dated SCMS components indicated in the error message. You can find the download links for the current SCMS components in the fresh install section above.
If your system is running SCMSWeb-2.x:
- First, backup /etc/sce/sce.conf file.
  Uninstall all SCMS components
  $ rpm -e --all-matches sqms scms-devel scms scmsweb
- Then follow the instructions for fresh install at the top
